Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026 · This policy explains what ShirtWheel, Inc. (Costa Mesa, California) collects and why — written to be read, not skimmed past.
The short version
We collect only what running the Service requires. We never sell personal data, we don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and you can ask us to show or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing support@shirtwheel.com.
What we collect
- Contact and inquiry data. When you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address, business name and message, stored so we can reply and follow up.
- Account and store data. When you run a ShirtWheel store: your account details, store configuration, products, pricing and order records — the data the Service exists to manage.
- Your customers’ order data. Names, contact details, uploaded artwork and order contents your customers submit on your store. We process this on your behalf to operate your store; it is your customer relationship, not ours.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept briefly for security, debugging and abuse prevention.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent personal data — yours or your customers’.
- We do not use your customers’ data to market to them or to promote other shops.
- This marketing site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; only cookies essential to the Service (such as admin sign-in) are used.
How we use data
To operate, secure and improve the Service; to respond to inquiries; to process subscriptions and payments; to send service communications (order notifications, billing, material changes to terms); and to meet legal obligations. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processor — full card numbers never touch our servers.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run ShirtWheel — hosting, email delivery and payment processing — under agreements that limit their use of it, and where the law requires it. There is no other sharing.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry data is kept while we correspond with you; account and order data is kept for as long as your store operates (and as required for tax and accounting). Close your account and we delete or anonymize personal data within 90 days, except records we must retain by law. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@shirtwheel.com — we respond to verified requests within 30 days, including requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), access to production systems is restricted to the small team that operates them, and admin surfaces are authenticated. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your order pipeline as what it is: your business.
Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Questions or requests: ShirtWheel, Inc. · Costa Mesa, California · support@shirtwheel.com. Our terms of use are at /legal/terms.
